To enhance air quality and contribute to the health and well-being of our Guests and Associates, Hotel Alessandra offers a smoke-free environment. Smoking is only permitted in the open air designated areas, outside of the hotel. A cleaning fee will be assessed for any guestroom where smoking is found to have occurred.
Hotel Alessandra does have a swimming pool. The Hotel Pool is outdoor and not heated. Also, the pool does not have a hot-tub available.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Early check-in is available, based on availability, for an additional fee of $30. Early check-in fee will apply.
Check-out time is 12:00 pm. Late check-out is available, based on availability, with an extra $30 late check-out fee until 3:00 pm. After which a half day charge will be placed on the room, followed by a full day charge as we may no longer be available to sell that room for the night.
The minimum age for check in is 21. Valid identification will be required.
Package Handling: Hotel Alessandra assesses a fee of $10 per package for all packages delivered to the hotel. We also charge a $10 fee per package for packages shipped from the hotel, plus applicable shipping charges.

Reservation confirmations are sent automatically within two hours of the reservation being completed.
Our Guarantee and Deposit Policy states that all reservations require a valid credit card to hold the reservation. A deposit is required only for specified offers requiring a deposit, pre-payment, which is specified at the time of booking.

The hotel offers a limited number of connecting rooms in king to double/double configuration. Requests for connecting rooms must be made in advance, and are subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed and, if available, are assigned at check-in. To request a connecting or adjoining room, contact the front desk at the hotel directly prior to arrival day. The hotel will do its best to accommodate these requests, but cannot guarantee them. The hotel recommends choosing a specialty suite to guarantee connecting accommodations. There are only 2 sets of connecting rooms per floor.
Cancellation is required 24 hours prior to the arrival date, by 3:00 pm, unless otherwise noted on special event dates. If you book a non-refundable reservation, this policy will not apply as there are no refunds, for cancellations or any other reason, when you book a non-refundable reservation.

If you are not renting a car, a taxi cab is the best option. The approximate cost is $55.00-$65.00 each way to/from the hotel from George Bush Intercontinental Airport and approximately $35.00-$40.00 each way to/from the hotel from William P. Hobby Airport. A taxi cab may be obtained at the airport terminals upon arrival to the city. If a cab is needed upon departure of the hotel, our Guest Services department will be happy to assist you with booking one.
Hotel Alessandra offers valet parking only, at the nightly rate of $38 plus tax, per vehicle, with unlimited in and out access.
Hotel Alessandra provides complimentary Maserati car service within the downtown area for hotel guests, based on availability, from 7:00 am-11:00 pm.

Requests for early check-in are handled by the front desk on check in day. If availability permits, the request will be honored. An early check-in guarantee can be purchased at the time of booking. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
Credit cards, debit cards, and cash are accepted methods of payment. Please be advised at check-in that Hotel Alessandra will authorize, not charge, your entire stay's room and tax plus $50 per night for incidentals. Rooms being paid for by cash have an incidental hold of $100 per night. Your bank will typically place a hold on any authorizations including hotel authorizations. Funds put on hold by your bank cannot be used and will not be released for 72 hours or longer after your check-out date depending on the bank.
